I just got back home from a local artfest- a big one here in the Cleveland-Akron (Ohio) area. This is an annual event- 2 weekends featuring artists from all over the country. In the past, I have made one, if not both weekends of this show because I enjoy looking at art as much as I do creating it.
This will probably be the last year I will attend.
Reason being, I see the art that is there- VERY high priced- and many of the artists have the ego to match/surpass those prices. It seems that the same artists show up every year to these juried events. Don't get me wrong... the art is very good. Some of it I wish I had the hundreds (if not th
